Quite absorbant compared to any other pullup i've tried. Durable when worn for a couple days without use - the absorbant doesnt clump as much as other products including m3 briefs. Never had a leak on my first order.

Four Stars
Best so far, still looking for greater overnight absorbency.

Expensive, but great protection
My elderly relative is 100% incontinent. We tried many different protection products. He didn't like the "diaper" style "briefs" with tabs. He wanted pull-ups. But he wasn't able to change them without assistance, so we needed to get super absorbent ones that didn't require as many changes. There were occasional nighttime leaks, which were probably a function of positioning. But for the most part, these were the most absorbent ones we found. They are a little bulkier than some others. He didn't go out much, so these were fine around the house. They are very expensive, but he didn't need to change as often as cheaper brands. It took some research to figure out their naming/numbering system for this brand - it was very off-putting at first. They could use some definite improvements to make it clearer what absorbency and size and style each product is. We relied on the little water drop icons to see what the absorbency is - more drops means more absorbent. And had to learn what name indicates whether it's a pull up or a tab style. And the letters S M L etc show the size.

These run small!
Dislike as they say they are compatible to the other ones and they are smaller and more expensive.

Underwear Comfort, Diaper Security
If you have urinary incontinence and Depend or store brand absorbent underwear are leaking, try Abena Abri-Flex. I moved up to these from Depend Fit Flex for Men when my urge incontinence worsened and I started getting leaks. Depending on the day, I might have strong urges and leaking up to every 30-60 minutes and the volume can be a small gush to a large void. Abena Abri-Flex absorbent underwear handle every drop and help me feel secure that I'm fully protected. They fit very comfortably and gently hug my waist and hips so there are no gaps to cause leakage onto my clothes. The cover is soft and the inside lining is even softer. The padding is very thick, but it conforms well to my shape. It moves with me and does not bunch up when I'm active. I use these for daytime protection at work only, nights and weekends I use a tape-on Abena M4 Comfort diaper. They are easy to pull down to use the bathroom, but are ready to absorb when I don't make it to the toilet in time or can't stop what I'm doing to use the restroom. They absorb urine rapidly and I don't have a sensation of wetness after I urinate in them. The only thing I notice is the sensation of warmth and the swelling of the pad as it absorbs the urine. These do swell quite a bit as they are used, which makes them quite thick, but they dont sag or clump. Depending on how often I use them instead of the toilet, I can comfortably wear them for 4-8 hours. They are breathable, so they don't get too hot or make me sweat when I wear them. As soon as I pull up these on, I feel confident and secure that my incontinence won't cause me embarassment. I highly recommend them!
