Value for money - excellent customer service
I bought it to use it while working from home. I was looking for a chair similar to the ones we have at the office (worth ÂŁ900). In spite of the chaotic price difference, this product is an reliable, cheaper substitute of an expensive office chair. For its price category it is comfortable and easy to assemble, with the key (screw driver) for the screws included in the package. Big advantage that it is very adjustable, although armrests do not move right-left. But it was all clearly described on the website, so it met my expectations. The back is also very adjustable (up-/down- wards) and the seat is thick and comfortable. It came much earlier than expected! Important information: seller's customer service is excellent.

Comfortable and highly adjustable chair for all day working
Comfortable chair for all day working.I researched this chair as I wanted a fully adjustable chair at a sensible price.Arrived quickly as promised and we’ll packed. Good picture-based instructions for assembly so very straightforward.Mesh back is supportive and breathable. I use it for at least 8 hours a day and the seat is well padded and comfortable. The only part that gets slightly uncomfortable for long seated sessions are the arm rests which are fairly firm.Lots of adjustments to be able to find a good position for my back.Overall I’m pleased with this chair.

Great value for money and very comfortable
Really happy with my Flash office chairs. Bought two on an Amazon Lightning deal and they both arrived very quickly.Very easy to assemble and now both my wife and I are comfortable whilst working in our home office.

Ok, but not great
So, looks ok. Obviously not a top price product.Gas cylinder cover was cracked on arrival - not a big deal but speaks to the product’s quality.As for comfort, nice enough but not very adjustable. I’m 6ft 1” tall and even with the seat at max height it’s only just tall enough.It will do for lockdown use and I’ll probably get 18mths out of it

The chair height isn't as advertised
I bought this chair to replace a broken one. The advertised chair height isn't as advertised - its one inch lower. The chair is very comfortable, great value for money (if you ignore the height issue) and I love it however its lower than advertised, even when fully extended.

Brought this chair to replace my one in the office and I must say its one of the most comfortable chairs I have sat in

Seat is not designed to sit perfectly upright - constantly slouched
This chair looks good and comfy but one of the controls doesn’t work, the seat is curved around the edges meaning that you are constantly sliding towards the middle of the seat and having to lean back in order to rest on the backrest. I can’t physically sit up straight without consciously holding myself in place - very frustrating. I’ll be looking for another chair, once I can justify spending this kind of money to be disappointed lol
